Returns at Cardiff and South Wales

This Returns Policy covers All Tiles Ltd sales on alltiles.co.uk. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.

14-day cancellation (consumers)

You usually have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel distance sales without giving a reason.

Write to All Tiles Ltd, Unit J5 Colchester Avenue Industrial Estate, Penylan, Cardiff, Wales, CF23 9AP, with name, order reference, and tiles affected.

  • Return goods within 14 days of telling us unless we offer longer
  • You pay return postage for change-of-mind unless faulty or our error
  • Refund cheapest standard outbound delivery when whole order cancelled

Our 30-day goodwill window

Beyond statute, eligible tiles may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original undamaged packaging, and in a resaleable condition; tiles must not have been cut, laid, or otherwise used.

Contact us before posting — we confirm instructions for pallet courier delivery to sites and trade counters.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept: tiles that have been specially ordered or cut to a custom specification, or products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.

Arranging a return

Email info@alltiles.co.uk with reference, SKU, and reason. Call +44 29 2168 1247 for urgent damage reports.

Return shipping

Tiles are heavy and fragile — we recommend using a specialist pallet courier and ensuring goods are adequately packaged and insured for transit.

Faulty or mis-picked items: we arrange remedy at no cost where the law requires.

Damage on arrival

Report within 48 hours with photos of outer carton and tiles. Note damage on carrier paperwork for heavy lines.

  • Repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
  • Reimburse reasonable return postage for faults
  • We may request batch/lot numbers on cartons for shade-matching claims

Refunds

After inspection we refund to the original payment method. Banks may add processing days. Diminished-value deductions apply only where consumer law allows.

Exchanges

For different sizes or variants, contact us early — stock for ceramic wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles, and decorative tiles changes quickly. Exchanges may be processed as return plus new order.

Trade and tilers, bathroom fitters, and kitchen installers orders

Business purchasers may have different terms — confirm PO requirements before checkout.

Partial returns

You may return part of an order if lines are separable and meet condition rules.

Refund timing

Refunds within 14 days of receiving goods or proof of send-back, per consumer rules.
